Not any organization can succeed without a strategy …and these strategies are related to Organization, Talent, and of course Training. We can say all these three strategies are the main Human Resources Department Strategies.
Organization Strategy - Planning related to Organization Goals and Objectives which any organization would like to achieve in a specific time frame.
Organizational Strategy is a blueprint for how a company plans on achieving its long-term goals. It includes the milestones that will be achieved in order to make the VISION of the organization possible.
Talent Strategy – Related to acquiring, retaining, and managing the best-talented employees in the organizations. It is also focused on skill requirements in the future courses of action and skills could be technical & non-technical in nature with functional and leadership qualities. These skills can also develop through Training so here Training strategy is also important with the organizations.
Talent Strategy anticipates the talent requirements for years to come. It identifies who you need, what you need them for when you need them, and how you will acquire them. It also helps assess the gap between the actual performance of your people and the expected performance.
Training Strategy – Related to the Training and development of all the employees from all levels in the organization through proper mentoring and guiding them. Training Strategy focuses on bridging the gap between the actual performance of your people and the expected performance. Resources such as time and money are finite, that’s why a training strategy should be carefully planned and prioritized. All employees’ individual learning styles must be taken into consideration when designing a training module. The training should be conducted in order to create a positive and powerful impact.
So here we see that to achieve organizational goal and objective all the above strategy is linked to each other’s and need to be aligned.
